Can you treat yourself?

Before you call us, please check the self-help guides at NHS Inform. They have clinical advice written and approved by the clinical team at NHS24.

Who should I see?

Our online appointment booking service is temporarily suspended during Covid19.

To make an appointment please call the practice on 01463 712233. Our reception staff will do their best to direct you to the right person and place for your care. We understand that you may feel reluctant to share your personal care concerns with someone other than a clinician, but please answer the questions put to you by our receptionists so that they can direct you to the most appropriate service.

Flu Vaccination appointments

If you are eligible for the flu vaccine this season or are aged 60-64 please call 01463 712233 to make an appointment.

Coronavirus update:

During COVID we are offering patients a telephone and video appointment service. The clinician speaking to you will work with you to decide what the next step in your health management should be, that may include an appointment at the practice or an online Near Me appointment.

Covid Vaccine

We are currently contacting our patients in JCVI Cohort 6 to book them in for their coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.

We will let you know when we are ready to begin vaccination for other groups.

Please do not call the practice to book your coronavirus vaccine unless we have specifically asked you to do so. We will invite you when we are ready.

“When it does come time for you to be invited for vaccination, we would strongly encourage all to receive the vaccine. There can be no greater advocacy of our professional view of the vaccines than to say that our entire team either have been vaccinated or have accepted the offer when more vaccine arrives.” Dr Andrew Dallas
